Job summary

MEMF Electrical Industries Co., the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group in Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals from its Riyadh base.

You will partner with leaders on workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, talent development, and employee engagement, while ensuring compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company policies.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand business needs and provide effective HR solutions.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
• Support managers in handling employee relations matters and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Lead and support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Identify talent needs and collaborate with management on recruitment, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support organizational change initiatives and contribute to enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people management and HR-related matters.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and employee experience.
