Job summary

Alkhorayef Energy System (AES) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support in Riyadh's Second Industrial City. The role partners with management to align HR initiatives with business objectives and supports workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.

You will manage employee relations, advise on HR policies and Saudi Labor Law, and support performance management, succession planning, and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience including HR Business Partner
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices
• Fluency in English and Arabic preferred

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• More than 8 years of relevant HR experience, including solid experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM or CIPD is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
