Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories in Saudi Arabia is seeking an HR Partner to provide high-level HR support to internal customers, develop broad HR knowledge, coach leaders, and ensure compliant personnel practices in a dynamic environment.

You will handle confidential files, interpret and advise on policies and laws, analyze HR data, and work independently within a team to propose practical solutions while maintaining discretion and strong writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Human Resources or related field.
• Typically four years' experience in HR or related field.
• Solid knowledge of HR laws, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent listening, coaching, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical ability and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently within a team.
• Proficient with MS Office and HRIS familiarity.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Willing to learn new skills and take on responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to internal and external customers
• Develop and maintain broad HR knowledge
• Coach and partner with employees and leaders on HR matters
• Maintain current knowledge of federal, state and local regulations; maintain legal documentation
• Interpret and advise on HR guidance, policies, procedures, laws, standards or regulations
• Manage confidential files and privileged information
• Handle data reporting and interpretation for HR
• Work independently and propose solutions to problems
