Job summary

Ma'aden Aluminium Company (MAC) is seeking a Specialist HR Operations to support HR Services under the GGM division. The role focuses on employee relations, training, recruitment, induction, talent management, and compliance, coordinating benefits, and implementing operational excellence.

Responsibilities include investigating incidents, issuing warnings, coordinating leaves, visas, and salary actions, as well as liaising with Head Office and Mine employees to ensure policy adherence and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3 years experience in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents and violations of company rules and regulations by employees.
• Examples: unauthorized absence from work, bad timekeeping.
• Forward documentation and findings to Human Resources department at Head Office for any further action as necessary.
• Implement approved corrective guidance actions, including issuing warning letters to employees.
• Coordinate employee leave requests between the Mine and Head Office and ensure policy compliance.
• Follow up visa and residence permit applications for non-Saudi staff; liaison with Jeddah office.
• Meet safety goals through training and reinforcement.
• Carry out administrative personnel activities (bank loans, transport, salary actions, reports).
• Review leaves, entitlements, and refer to contracts, policy, and Labor Law as necessary.
• Approve entitlements within guidelines and ensure timely processing of payments and overtime.
• Ensure training and development needs are communicated to Head Office.
• Coordinate payments and deductions with HR Riyadh; coordinate recruitment with Riyadh Recruitment.
• Process termination procedures per contracts, policy, and Labor Law.
