Job summary

Ma'aden Aluminium Company (MAC) is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead safety and environmental leadership at the processing plant. The ideal candidate should have 12-15+ years of experience in maintenance management, particularly in gold processing operations, and hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety standards, optimizing plant reliability, and managing annual maintenance budgets effectively. This role requires leadership in a diverse team and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in maintenance management within gold or base metals processing operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the visible safety leader for maintenance activities.
• Own and deliver fixed plant availability and reliability targets.
• Establish disciplined work management practices.
• Lead the planning of major plant shutdowns and inspections.
• Develop and control the annual maintenance budget.
• Ensure effectiveness of CMMS & EAM systems.
• Build and lead a competent maintenance organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
