Job summary

Ma'aden Gold and Base Metals (MGBM) is seeking a Specialist, HR Operations to support HR services and implement operational excellence across functions. The role involves investigating incidents, coordinating leaves, handling visa processes for non-Saudi staff, processing salary actions, and coordinating recruitments with Riyadh Head Office.

A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3 years’ HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents and violations of company rules and regulations by employees; call interviews to determine reasons for violations.
• Issue warning letters with necessary explanations.
• Coordinate employee leave requests between Mine and Head Office; ensure policy compliance.
• Follow up visa and residence permit processes for non-Saudi staff; liaise with Jeddah office for status.
• Support safety goals through training and reinforcement.
• Perform administrative HR tasks: payroll actions, loans, transportation, and reports.
• Review leaves against entitlements; approve or adjust as per policies and contracts.
• Coordinate recruitment activities; screen applications and arrange interviews with line departments.
