Job summary

Ma'aden Aluminium Company (MAC) is seeking a Senior Engineer Mining to plan and coordinate resources, labor, and equipment for efficient mine operations in line with safety and environmental standards. You will collaborate with geologists, metallurgists, and engineers to assess extraction methods and project viability, and report monthly production and HSE compliance to management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering, 8 years of mining experience, and strong English,

Responsibilities

Resource and Extraction Planning: test the validity of minable resources, determine feasibility of ore extraction, plan labor and equipment use in line with efficiency and safety.
Engineering and Commercial Analysis: consult with geologists, metallurgists, and engineers; prepare estimates and assess capital/operating viability; negotiate mine purchases or investments.
Reporting and HSE: compile monthly/yearly production reports; monitor adherence to HSE programs; investigate incidents and brief contractors on regulations.
