Job summary

MA'ADEN is seeking a Specialist, HR Operations to support the HR Services function. The role reports to the Manager, HR Services and covers employee relations, training, project management, recruiting, induction, talent management, compliance, and internal communications.

The incumbent will coordinate benefit requests, investigate incidents, implement operational excellence, and ensure follow-up actions are completed with proper counsel for employees and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents and violations of company rules and regulations by employees.
• Forward documentation and findings to HR Head Office for further action and issue warnings.
• Coordinate and approve leave requests between Mine and Head Office; ensure policy compliance.
• Follow up visa and residence permit applications for non-Saudi staff via Jeddah office.
• Coordinate administrative HR activities including salary actions, loans, transportation, and reports.
• Review and approve leaves against entitlements; ensure timely payments (overtime, deductions).
• Communicate training and development needs to Head Office.
• Coordinate various recruitments with Riyadh Recruitment; handle requisitions and interviews.
• Process termination procedures in line with contracts, policy and Labor Law.
