Job summary

WorkerEra in Riyadh seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and support organizational growth. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is required, with readiness for a leadership role in a dynamic workplace.

You will manage HR functions, improve employee engagement, support recruitment, and ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations in collaboration with management. Prior HR management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and administrative activities.

• Handle employee relations and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
• Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and org development.
