Job summary

Client of Rawaj Company for Recruitment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and government-related HR activities while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes in line with Saudi Labor Law. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The role covers the full recruitment cycle, employment contracts, records, payroll inputs, attendance, and coordination with PROs and government authorities to meet HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR certification is a plus.
• 5–6 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms.
• Experience with HRMS/ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; Hindi or Tamil is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, documentation.
• Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle HR operations on government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad) and visa processes.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, attendance records, and HR admin activities.
• Handle employee relations, respond to HR inquiries, and support performance management initiatives.
• Coordinate learning and development programs and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies.
• Prepare HR/manpower reports and HR dashboards.
• Coordinate with PROs and government authorities on HR requirements.
