Job summary

Seder Group, a leading Saudi organization, seeks an Experienced Events Manager based in Riyadh to plan and execute conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events. You will lead concept development, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and on-site execution to ensure seamless attendee experiences.

The role requires strong communication, vendor management, and budget oversight, with PMP certification preferred. Collaboration with marketing and operations will drive event success and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all events from start to finish.
• Develop concepts, timelines, and budgets.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align event goals with business objectives.
• Oversee on-site event execution and attendee experience.
• Collect post-event feedback and report ROI.
