Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in event-related field.
• PMP certification is required.
• Fluent in English and French; Arabic preferred.
• 8+ years of events experience, including large-scale projects.
• Proven senior event management or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of production, operations, logistics, budgeting, suppliers.
• Willing to travel and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale events.
• Develop event strategies, project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Oversee multiple events and projects within scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Act as senior client and stakeholder contact, maintaining strong relationships.
• Lead and coordinate internal teams (event management, production, logistics, etc.).
• Manage external suppliers, venues, and production partners for timely delivery.
• Review and approve event concepts, production and execution plans.
• Maintain accountability for event budgets, cost control, and profitability.
• Identify risks and develop contingency and mitigation plans.
• Ensure events comply with regulations, permits, safety, and standards.
• Lead on-site operations, readiness, rehearsals, and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement via post-event evaluations.
• Support business development with proposals and client pitches.

Skills

8+ years experience in events

English and French fluency

PMP certification

Arabic language knowledge (preferred)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
