Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of events and plan delivery schedules.
• Own full event lifecycle from pre-sales handover to post-event closure.
• Provide on-site leadership and motivate team to meet milestones.
• Collaborate with development and event setup teams to deliver customization on time.
• Report on success criteria, metrics, and deployment activities.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases.
• Chairs project management team meetings and monitors performance.
