Bros Mastermind is seeking an experienced Sales & Partnerships Manager in Riyadh to drive revenue growth in the KSA events and exhibitions market. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and leveraging industry connections.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of sales experience in the events industry, a bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in both Arabic and English. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of sales experience in the events or exhibitions industry.
• Strong exposure to the KSA market with an established client and agency network.
• Previous experience with a reputed events or creative agency is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverage an existing network within the KSA events industry to generate qualified leads.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key client accounts.
• Lead negotiations and successfully close deals within approved frameworks.
