Job summary

IMPACT MICE seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end event operations across exhibitions, conferences, and large-scale projects in Riyadh. You will oversee on-ground delivery, team leadership, and coordination with clients and partners onsite.

The role requires strong planning, vendor and stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to safety and quality. Fluent in Arabic and English, you’ll drive readiness, budgets, and continuous improvement during fast-paced events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Proven experience in event operations and managing large-scale events.
• Strong leadership, vendor, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, on-site work flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event operations for exhibitions, conferences, and large-scale events.
• Develop and execute operational plans, timelines, and readiness plans.
• Manage on-ground operations, supervisors, and resources.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to meet quality standards.
• Oversee crowd management, venue operations, registration, and guest experience.
• Identify operational risks and implement contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, safety, quality, and standards.
• Monitor budgets, resources, schedules, and KPIs.
• Prepare post-event reports and continuous improvement plans.
• Manage multiple events and projects simultaneously.
