Job summary

Seder Group, a leading Saudi organization, seeks an Experienced Events Manager based in Riyadh to plan and execute conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events. You will lead concept development, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and on-site execution to ensure seamless attendee experiences.

The role requires strong communication, vendor management, and budget oversight, with PMP certification preferred. Collaboration with marketing and operations will drive event success and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of events (conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, product launches, seminars, etc.) from start to finish
• Develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers (catering, AV, decor, transportation, etc.)
• Manage event logistics including registration, scheduling, seating, and on-site setup/breakdown
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align event goals with business objectives
• Oversee on-site event execution, troubleshoot issues in real time, and ensure a seamless attendee experience
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Handle contracts, permits, and compliance with venue/local regulations
• Coordinate marketing and promotional efforts for events (invitations, social media, signage)
• Collect post-event feedback and prepare reports on outcomes, ROI, and areas for improvement
• Maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners for future collaborations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• PMP certification is preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in event management software/tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) and MS Office/Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
