Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for the Learning Solutions & Services Department in Saudi Arabia. You will analyze, design, integrate, and continuously improve enterprise learning systems, serving as the technical bridge between business requirements and technology solutions.

You will lead integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Learning and other systems, evaluate learning tech, and drive AI-enabled enhancements while supporting mobile and academic LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8 years of enterprise learning systems experience.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning or comparable LMS.
• Experience designing and supporting system integrations via APIs and middleware.
• Experience with Blackboard, Canvas or Moodle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate into scalable learning system solutions.
• Design and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Learning and other systems.
• Lead technical analysis for new learning technologies and APIs.
• Support mobile learning solutions and LMS like Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle.
• Evaluate and optimize learning platforms for performance and efficiency.
• Lead AI enablement within learning systems.
