Job summary

Eram Talent is recruiting for a Business Systems & Reporting Analyst in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on processing and analyzing large-scale data to drive data-informed decisions at the MIS/BI intersection of business operations.

The candidate will synthesize complex data into actionable insights, executive-ready presentations, and structured reports while collaborating with Learning & Development and HR to evaluate program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in data analysis, data processing, and business reporting.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables) and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience with PDF Professional tools for document processing and reporting.
• Experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or HR domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data processing and analysis of large datasets to support decision making.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and HR to evaluate program performance.
