The candidate should hold an MIS degree (or equivalent), have 8–10 years of related experience, and prefer certifications such as PMP or HR-related credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s MIS degree required; distance-learning and online degrees not accepted.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university is required.
• 8–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze large datasets using Microsoft Excel and professional PDF tools.
• Extract information, interpret results, and provide conclusions to support decision-making.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Support reporting and data analysis activities, preferably within Learning & Development.
