Honeywell International Inc. in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior Customer Success professional responsible for ensuring measurable business outcomes, being the single point of contact, coordinating internal teams, and driving initiatives with key KSA customers.

You will translate requirements into improvements, develop retention and expansion strategies, act as trusted advisor, analyze data, and lead cross-functional onboarding and delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in customer success or account management.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Experience with CRM software and customer success tools.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities in CS management.

Responsabilités

• Ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes with Honeywell solutions.
• Be the first contact for customer operational and service needs.
• Coordinate internal teams to avoid customer chasing multiple Honeywell contacts.
• Manage customer interactions across Honeywell systems and functions.
• Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive retention and expansion.
• Act as a trusted advisor aligning Honeywell offerings with customer objectives.
• Lead and manage programs with key KSA customers.
• Translate customer requirements into internal improvements.
