Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a seasoned PAS Leader to drive the KSA automation business, overseeing project delivery, growth, and operating performance across the portfolio. You will align sales, engineering, and supply chain to ensure value-based delivery and financial targets while building executive relationships with key end users and EPCs.

The role requires extensive industrial automation experience, a strong PM background, and a proven ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary programs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline.
MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
Extensive experience in industrial automation or a relevant industrial sector.
15+ years of customer-facing and project experience with PM responsibility.
Experience managing project P&L and delivering revenue, profitability and cash outcomes.
Experience leading large projects, programs or a portfolio of projects.
People leadership experience and development of talent.
Experience working with end-user customers, EPCs, consultants, suppliers and contractors.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior local PAS focal point and final escalation for customers in KSA.
Develop executive relationships with end users, EPCs, consultants and ecosystem partners.
Maintain customer satisfaction and mobilize cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
Partner with Sales, Finance and Sourcing to establish clear payment milestones and cash-flow plans.
Provide leadership to Project Managers and matrix leadership to Senior Lead Engineers as applicable.
Set goals aligned with PAS objectives; focus on coaching and performance management.
