Job summary

ClearGrid in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Customer Success Leader to own the KSA portfolio from pilot and PoV through launch, adoption, retention and expansion. You will be on the ground in Riyadh, managing a live portfolio from day one and shaping how Customer Success operates in Saudi Arabia as we grow.

This role requires strong client-facing skills, deep data literacy, and the ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering on AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of customer success in B2B SaaS, ideally with collections tech.
• Proven track record for retention and expansion in enterprise portfolios.
• Ability to engage senior banking/fintech leaders and set expectations.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with dashboards and data stories.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; comfortable with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own KSA client portfolio end to end, from PoV to renewal.
• Lead campaigns across calls, SMS, and email using client data.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on AI features and prompts.
• Provide strategic guidance through weekly/monthly business reviews.
• Maintain in-person client relations across Riyadh and other cities.
