Job summary

Company is seeking an experienced Commercial and Sales Manager to lead commercial operations and drive growth across project sales, tenders, retail sales, and marketing in the Al Majma’ah region.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute commercial strategies, lead sales and marketing teams, build strong relationships with key clients and contractors, and ensure revenue targets are met while aligning sales commitments with production capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in sales and business development, with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in aluminum, building materials, or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual commercial strategies and sales targets across project sales, retail, and tenders.
• Lead and supervise sales, tenders, showroom, field sales, and marketing teams, ensuring targets are achieved.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and partners.
• Review and approve major commercial proposals and contracts in coordination with technical/quality teams.
• Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze results, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production and operations to ensure sales commitments align with capacity and delivery schedules.
• Review pricing strategies, market trends, and competitive activities.
• Oversee marketing strategies, brand development, and exhibition participation.
• Prepare regular reports covering sales performance and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
