Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in sales and business development, including leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead multi-channel sales teams and drive commercial results.
• Experience in aluminum fabrication or building materials is highly preferred.
• Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and key account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual commercial plans and sales targets across project sales, retail, and tenders.
• Lead sales, tenders, showroom/field sales, and marketing teams to achieve objectives.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Review and approve major commercial proposals and contracts with technical and quality teams.
• Monitor monthly sales performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with operations and production to align capacity with sales commitments.
• Review pricing strategies and competitive market positioning with finance and marketing.
• Oversee marketing plans, brand visibility, and industry exhibitions and events.
• Prepare periodic commercial performance reports for senior management.
