Job summary

Company is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead commercial operations across project sales, tenders, retail/showroom sales, and marketing in Riyadh. You will develop strategic plans, steer teams, and ensure sales commitments align with production capacity and business goals.

The role requires 7–10 years in sales and business development, with 3–5 years in leadership, and preferred experience in building materials.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in sales and business development.
• 3–5 years in a leadership position.
• Hands-on experience managing project sales, retail/showroom sales, and tenders.
• Experience in aluminum, alumetal, or building materials is highly preferred.
• Proven experience leading sales teams across multiple sales channels.
• Strong commercial planning, negotiation, and key account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual commercial plans and sales targets across project sales, retail, and tenders.
• Lead and supervise project sales, field sales, showroom sales, tendering, and marketing activities.
• Set team targets, allocate responsibilities, and monitor performance against commercial objectives.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants to expand project opportunities.
• Review and approve major commercial offers and contracts in coordination with the technical office and quality teams.
• Monitor monthly sales performance, analyze deviations from targets, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure sales commitments align with available manufacturing capacity.
• Review pricing strategies and competitive market positioning in coordination with finance and marketing.
• Oversee marketing plans and participation in relevant exhibitions and industry events.
• Prepare periodic commercial performance reports covering sales, sales pipeline, and tender win rates for senior management.
