Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of commercial management, B2B development or leasing experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or Finance (MBA preferred).
• English fluency required; Arabic proficiency preferred.

Aufgaben

• Design and execute the overarching commercial plan to optimize revenue and occupancy.
• Lead leasing strategies for residential and commercial properties and renewals.
• Secure large corporate housing agreements and institutional partnerships.
• Develop B2B partnerships with multinationals, government entities and embassies.
• Direct PR marketing and brand positioning to drive lead generation.
• Manage and mentor Sales, Business Development and Marketing teams with KPI tracking.
