Job summary

Hilton in Riyadh is seeking a Commercial Director to lead integrated commercial strategies across all revenue streams—Rooms, Food & Beverage, Leisure and Events—and to drive top-line performance and market share in a dynamic hospitality market.

You will partner with General Managers and Finance, oversee pricing and forecasting, align sales and marketing efforts, and build a high-performing team while upholding Hilton's light-hearted, guest-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial strategy and execution across all revenue streams (Rooms, Food & Beverage, Leisure, Spa, Groups/Conferences/Events) to drive top-line growth
• Maximize revenue and profitability through partnerships with General Managers and Finance, optimizing cost of sales and margins
• Lead pricing and forecasting, including rate strategies, demand forecasting, and business reviews to optimize revenue
• Align on-property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and PR to support brand positioning and demand
• Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and adjust strategies to stay ahead
• Strengthen relationships with owners, operators, Hilton teams, and external partners to create long-term value
• Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management and professional development
