Job summary

Hilton Riyadh is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead cross‑segment revenue strategy and drive top‑line growth across Rooms, F&B, Leisure, and Events. You’ll partner with GM, Finance, and regional teams to deliver profitable outcomes while upholding Hilton's hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement integrated commercial strategies across revenue streams including GCE, Rooms, F&B, Leisure and Spa.
• Maximize revenue and profitability with General Managers and Finance.
• Lead pricing and forecasting across segments and monitor performance.
• Align sales, marketing, eCommerce and PR to support brand positioning.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of competition.
• Build trusted relationships with owners, operators, Hilton teams and partners.
• Develop and retain a high‑performing commercial team.
