Job summary

Confidential Careers seeks an experienced Senior Leasing Manager with a strong background in shopping mall and retail leasing to lead leasing operations across a portfolio of retail properties in Riyadh.

You will develop leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue, secure leading brands, and manage the full leasing cycle from tenant acquisition to contract execution, while collaborating with Property Management, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant commercial leasing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in shopping mall and retail leasing is mandatory.
• Proven experience in managing commercial leasing portfolios and attracting tenants.
• Strong knowledge of rental pricing and lease negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing operations across shopping malls and retail portfolios.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Identify, attract, and secure leading retail brands and high-value tenants.
• Manage the full leasing cycle from tenant acquisition to contract execution.
• Develop tenant mix strategies to enhance performance.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing assessments.
• Build relationships with retailers, tenants, and stakeholders.
