Qualifications

• Venue leasing or event space management experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of lease terms and real estate market dynamics.
• Proficient in MS Office and leasing management software.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Support client outreach and opportunity follow-ups.
• Leasing Management: Assist with leasing processes and documentation.
• Tenant Relations: Handle tenant inquiries and basic issue resolution.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare simple reports and maintain records.
