Job summary

The HR Game seeks an experienced Commercial Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead commercial operations across project sales, tenders, retail sales, and marketing. You will develop strategies to grow revenue, manage cross-functional teams, and align sales commitments with market demand and production capacity.

You will build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants, review major proposals, and monitor performance to drive sustained business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual commercial plans and sales targets across project sales, retail, and tenders.
• Lead sales, tenders, showroom sales, field sales, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Review and approve major commercial proposals and contracts in coordination with the technical office and quality team.
• Monitor monthly sales performance against targets, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure production capacity aligns with sales commitments.
• Review pricing strategies and competitive market positioning in coordination with finance and marketing teams.
• Oversee marketing plans, brand visibility, and participation in relevant industry exhibitions and events.
• Prepare periodic commercial performance reports covering sales results, sales pipeline, and tender win rates for senior management
