We are seeking an entrepreneurial, commercially aggressive Commercial amp PR Manager to spearhead commercial strategy, B2B business development, leasing, marketing, and public relations. Combining high-level strategy with hands-on deal execution, this role is directly responsible for driving occupancy, expanding high-value corporate accounts, launching innovative revenue streams and elevating brand presence across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Strategy amp Intelligence: Design and execute the overarching commercial plan; analyze GCC market trends, competitor pricing and demand forecasts to optimize revenue and mitigate occupancy risks.
• Leasing amp Occupancy Optimization: Lead residential and commercial leasing strategies, conversion pipelines and renewal programs to maximize occupancy and yields.
• Corporate B2B Business Development: Secure large-scale corporate housing agreements, relocation packages and institutional partnerships with multinationals, government entities, embassies, healthcare, education.
• Commercial Ecosystem amp Tenant Mix: Curate, attract and lease commercial retail, F amp B and service tenants that enhance resident lifestyle and provide sustainable rental income.
• Ancillary Revenue amp Innovation: Monetize community assets, facilities, wellness, events and sponsorships to create new scalable revenue streams.
• PR Marketing amp Brand Positioning: Direct integrated marketing campaigns, external communications and public relations to drive measurable lead generation and protect brand equity.
• Team Leadership amp Performance: Lead the Sales, Business Development and Marketing units; track pipeline metrics, conversion rates and financial KPIs through data-driven reporting.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of commercial management, B2B business development, leasing, or revenue generation experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Industry Background: Proven track record in residential compounds, master communities, serviced apartments, hospitality, or commercial real estate.
• Network: Strong, active network of corporate decision-makers (HR, Mobility, Procurement, C-suite) within KSA.
• Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (MBA or Master s preferred).
• Skills: Advanced commercial negotiation, revenue forecasting, CRM/pipeline management, and executive presence.
• Languages: Professional fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is strongly preferred.
