Job summary

Hilton in Saudi Arabia seeks a Commercial Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated commercial strategies across all revenue streams—GCE, Rooms, F&B, Leisure, and Spa—to drive top-line growth and market share.

You will partner with General Managers and Finance to optimize pricing, forecasting, and profitability; align sales, marketing, and eCommerce efforts; and build lasting relationships with owners, operators, and Hilton teams to create long-term value.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading commercial strategy across multiple revenue streams in hospitality.
• Strong track record in revenue growth, profitability and market share improvement.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations.
