Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a seasoned Commercial Director to lead commercial and reporting efforts for our landmark projects in Saudi Arabia. You will drive revenue growth, provide strategic financial insights, and ensure rigorous reporting across programs.

You will oversee forecasting, budgeting, KPI development, and stakeholder engagement, while mentoring the commercial reporting team to foster excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in commercial management and financial reporting in construction or development.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
• Oversee detailed financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with finance and project management for budgeting and cost control.
• Establish KPIs to monitor performance across projects.
• Lead and mentor the commercial reporting team.
