Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Commercial Director - Commercial and Reporting to lead the commercial strategy and financial reporting for its flagship projects. The role focuses on revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, forecasting and stakeholder engagement across construction and development initiatives.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business (MBA preferred) and at least 15 years of experience in commercial management and financial reporting.

In this position, you will lead the commercial and reporting aspects of our initiatives, focusing on providing critical insights that optimize our operational effectiveness and align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability for all projects
• Oversee the preparation of detailed financial reports, forecasting, and performance analysis to support decision-making
• Collaborate with finance and project management teams to ensure accurate budgeting, cost control, and financial management
• Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project and operational performance effectively
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies across all commercial activities
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost savings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to enhance collaboration and support business interests
• Lead and mentor the commercial reporting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
• At least 15 years of experience in commercial management and financial reporting within the Construction or Development sectors
• Proven experience in developing commercial strategies and leading financial reporting initiatives
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
