Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Commercial Director - Commercial and Reporting to lead the commercial strategy and financial reporting for its flagship projects. The role focuses on revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, forecasting and stakeholder engagement across construction and development initiatives.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business (MBA preferred) and at least 15 years of experience in commercial management and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA preferred for senior leadership in finance and strategy.
• At least 15 years in commercial management and financial reporting within Construction or Development sectors.
• Strong analytical & quantitative skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability across all projects.
• Oversee preparation of detailed financial reports, forecasting, and performance analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with finance and project management teams to ensure accurate budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track project and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
