Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Director - Commercial to lead and execute commercial strategies for landmark entertainment and leisure projects in Riyadh. You will steer contract negotiations, oversee end-to-end contract management, and drive value, risk mitigation, and performance across the commercial function.

You will mentor a growing team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver superior project outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in commercial management or contract negotiation within construction/real estate sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and contracts.
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
• Proficiency in commercial management tools and software.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate and implement commercial strategies aligned with company objectives for major projects.
• Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure favorable commercial terms.
• Oversee contract management processes, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth.
• Foster relationships with external partners to facilitate collaboration and enhance project outcomes.
• Mentor and develop the commercial team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
