Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Law, or a related field is required.
• 8+ Years of progressive experience in commercial, partnerships, business development or deal-making roles, including experience in developing commercial models, structuring partnership opportunities and supporting complex negotiations and contracting and managing senior external relationships.
• External credibility with senior stakeholders is essential and knowledge of the Saudi market and Vision 2030 context is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partnership Strategy & Pipeline Development: Develop partner requirements and shape partnership and commercial priorities aligned with QHC's priorities; build and manage a prioritized pipeline across sectors.
• Partner Engagement & Sourcing & Deal Origination: Lead partner identification, engagement and sourcing; originate and progress priority opportunities through to agreement.
• Commercial Structuring & Contracting: Develop and structure commercial arrangements and contracting requirements; coordinate with legal, finance and relevant functions.
• Partner Management: Track obligations and deliverables; govern partnership performance and reporting.
• Ecosystem & Stakeholder Relationships: Develop relationships across the Qiddiya ecosystem and external partners; coordinate with QIC and ecosystem partners.
• Brand Marketing & Launch Coordination: Align with marketing for launch activities; ensure brand and market positioning during partnerships.
• Commercial Performance & Revenue Growth: Contribute to monetization and pricing; report KPI performance to leadership.
