• Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and established store KPIs.


• Maintain store shrinkage below 0.2% of cost of sale.


• Monitor store expenses, budgets and financial objectives.

Store Operations

• Coordinate with office and back-end teams regarding store-related activities.


• Relay relevant customer and product feedback to appropriate stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Development

Recruit, train and develop a high-performing sales team.

• Provide constructive feedback and manage employee performance and conduct.


• Identify learning gaps within the team and establish appropriate development activities.
