Overview
STAFF NURSE. The suitable prospect will be accountable for supplying care to individuals while adhering to compliance standards. This candidate should be able to acknowledge individual demands and prioritize those requirements with the needs described by physicians.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in accordance with clinical standards and physician directions.
- Nurses might supervise or assist physicians of their clinic/department depending on their position.
- Ensure the clinic is clean, well-ventilated, and that the physician’s desk is free of unnecessary documents and products.
- Do not allow medicines from pharmaceutical representatives in the physician's drawer and closets within the facilities; keep the physician's desk cleared at all times, leaving only items related to patient management (e.g., pens, patient records).
- Products provided by the pharmaceutical company must not be displayed on the desk or anywhere inside the clinic.
- Inspect that physicians have entered information in patient files and report to the Head Nurse if information is not yet recorded or is incomplete.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: Medical: 2 years (required).
- COVID-19 considerations: All candidates should be fully immunized.
