Qualifications

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance & Filing:

Assistin preparing and filing VAT and Corporate Tax returnsin accordance withUAE tax laws and FTA guidelines. Ensuretimelysubmission and accuracy of all returns.

Tax Data Review & Analysis:

Support the team in reviewing financial records,identifyingdiscrepancies, andvalidatingtax-related entries. Escalate potential issues to senior tax staff.

Documentation & Record Management:

Maintain organized tax documentation, correspondence, and working files for audit readiness and compliance purposes

Research & Continuous Learning:

Conduct basic research on tax laws, updates, and rulings. Summarize findings andmaintaina learning log under the guidance of senior staff.

Administrative & Team Support:

Update internal databases, track tax submission deadlines, and perform clerical or support tasks as assigned by the Tax Team Leader.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Experience in Risk management, compliance, and audit in the financial services sector.

Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.

Familiar with ERP systems

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing tax laws.

Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude

Minimum3-5years of experience in VAT and Corporate Tax (preferably within UAE & KSA).

Previousworking experience in Taxation is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, ora relatedfield.

Extensive understanding of UAE, KSAVAT, and Corporate Tax regulations (FTA framework).

Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and tax filing platforms.

Working knowledge of tax laws in UAE, KSA, GAAP, and IFRS.

Fluency in English.
