Qualifications

• Supports reception and spa public area duties while preparing for future leadership or operational role.
• Answers client inquiries, records reservations accurately and completes payments.
• Promotes and up-sells spa services and retail.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the reception, including food & beverage, retail, maintenance and housekeeping.
• Responds to guests' bookings and queries professionally; promotes spa services and retail.
• Follows SOPs, policies & forms manuals and maintains knowledge of treatments and products.
• Records reservations and manages appointment schedules; conducts confirmation calls.
• Checks guests in/out, handles payments and updates client profiles.
• Prepares daily reports and stays informed about other resort activities.
