Job summary

Kempinski Hotels in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia seeks a Guest Service Agent (Tamheer) to manage incoming calls and guest communications. The role requires friendly, professional service according to Kempinski and LQA standards, handling wakeup requests, messages, and guest inquiries.

Based in the Rooms Division, Front Office & Guest Services, the position is permanent full time and located in Al Khobar. Training and exposure to high standards of guest service are provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls, connect them to the appropriate extension in an efficient, friendly and caring manner according to the Kempinski standards.
• Write down messages accurately for our guests and deliver messages in a timely manner.
• Handle guests' requests for DND (Do Not Disturb) and confidential status.
• Handle personal wakeup call requests for guests according to the LQA standard and automatic wakeup call requests for group and crew guests.
• Answer all guest questions/requests in a friendly and caring manner, take appropriate actions or refer matters to relevant persons.
• In case of emergency, handle communications for the hotel as the communication center.
• Keep a complete record of each DDD and IDD and coordinate with front office for telephone charges.
• Monitor TV channels and outlets' music to ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain neatness of working area and be adaptable to additional tasks as needed.
