Job summary

AEGEAN M E P SWIMMING POOLS INSTALLATION L.L.C in Jeddah seeks a Site Engineer to supervise plunge pools, water features, and related MEP works across project sites in Saudi Arabia.

You will review drawings, lead site teams, ensure quality and safety, coordinate with PMs and clients, and travel to remote sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of site engineer experience in swimming pool construction, MEP, or related.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings, shop drawings, P&ID diagrams, specs, and method statements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation tools.
• Saudi driving license mandatory.
• Willingness to travel to remote sites across KSA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction and installation activities of plunge pools filtrations systems, plumbing, civil and MEP works.
• Lead and manage site teams including technicians, subcontractors and laborers ensuring productivity, quality and safety.
• Execute construction activities in accordance with schedules, drawings and specifications.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications; resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Senior Project Manager, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare WIRs, inspection reports, method statements, and project documentation.
• Monitor progress and identify delays or risks; provide updates to the Senior PM.
• Manage site resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety policies.
• Support testing and commissioning of pumps, filtration systems, electrical equipment and control systems.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress photos and handover documentation.
• Attend coordination meetings and resolve technical/construction issues.
• Ensure completed works meet quality and client requirements before handover.
• Travel to remote project sites across Saudi Arabia as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily construction and installation activities of plunge pools filtration systems plumbing civil and associated MEP works
• Lead and manage site teams including technicians subcontractors and laborers ensuring productivity quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards
• Execute construction activities in accordance with project schedules approved drawings specifications and instructions from the Senior Project Manager
• Review and interpret construction drawings shop drawings and project specifications identifying and resolving technical discrepancies
• Coordinate with the Senior Project Manager factory suppliers subcontractors consultants and clients to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct site inspections and prepare Work Inspection Requests WIRs inspection reports method statements and other required project documentation
• Monitor project progress identify potential delays or risks and provide timely updates and recommendations to the Senior Project Manager
• Manage site resources including manpower materials tools and equipment to ensure efficient project delivery
• Ensure full compliance with Health Safety and Environment HSE regulations and company safety policies
• Support the testing and commissioning T C of pumps filtration systems plumbing electrical equipment and control systems
• Maintain accurate daily site reports progress photographs material records and project handover documentation
• Attend site coordination meetings and assist in resolving technical and construction-related issues
• Ensure completed works meet quality standards and client requirements prior to project handover
• Travel and stay at remote project sites across KSA as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.2–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects, with hands-on experience in swimming pool construction, plunge pools, water features, civil works, MEP works, or mechanical installation projects
• Previous experience working on construction projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site execution, waterproofing systems, concrete works, MEP coordination, plumbing, and water filtration systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, P&ID diagrams, technical specifications, and method statements
• Experience supervising construction teams, technicians, subcontractors, and laborers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation/reporting tools
• Knowledge of testing and commissioning (T&C) procedures for mechanical and electrical systems
• Familiarity with Saudi construction standards, HSE regulations, and quality control procedures
• Strong planning, organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple construction activities while meeting project deadlines
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery
• Valid Saudi Arabian driving license is mandatory
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in remote project locations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Indian nationality is preferred
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in the construction and installation of acrylic pools, plunge pools, water features, modular pool systems, or factory-manufactured pool installations
• Familiarity with Saudi authority approvals and inspection procedures, including municipalities, Civil Defense, and other relevant regulatory authorities
• Experience in testing, commissioning, and client handover of swimming pool, water feature, or MEP projects
• Knowledge of project scheduling and coordination with factory production, procurement, and logistics teams
• Previous experience working in remote construction sites, infrastructure projects, or industrial developments within Saudi Arabia is an advantage
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
