Job summary

NEW Alfa International in Medina is seeking a capable Lead Civil Construction on a project site to manage construction resources and supervise on-site activities, ensuring alignment with HSE, QA/QC, and cost and schedule plans.

You will coordinate with other trades, mentor site engineers and foremen, and prepare daily to monthly reports while maintaining strict quality and safety standards across structural concrete and facades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture (mandatory). 3-5 years in buildings construction with exposure to structural concrete and facades (curtain wall and stone cladding).
• Active membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Experience in KSA and GCC.
• Arabic and English communication skills.

Job description

Role Purpose

Lead the construction resources and manage the construction works related to civil activities while coordinating with other trades and complying with HSE QA QC cost and time plans and with local authorities requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Planning
  1. Contribute to the preparation of the baseline s and lookahead schedules
  2. Contribute to the preparation of manpower and equipment histograms
• Construction
  1. Supervise the civil construction activities on site
  2. Manage in-house construction resources monitor and control their productivity ensure compliance with quality and HSE requirements
  3. Coordinate with other trades teams
  4. Coordinate the civil works logistics with the CM and Logistics Supervisor
• Reporting
  1. Contribute to the daily weekly and monthly reports preparation
  2. Contribute to the productivity and cost related reports
• Others
  1. Prepare timely requests for material and other requirements for related activities as per the company procedures
  2. Manage and mentor site engineers and foremen

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in engineering or architecture (mandatory). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in buildings construction, with strong exposure to structural concrete and facades (curtain wall and stone cladding).
• Active membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Experience in KSA and GCC.
