Job summary

Luxury Experience seeks an Electrical Technician/Supervisor to oversee day-to-day electrical and technical activities at project sites, ensuring installations meet drawings, specs, quality standards, and schedules.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, supervise technicians and subcontractors, and manage material requirements while upholding safety and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or site supervision.
• Experience supervising electricians, technicians, or subcontractors.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, layouts, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, inspection, and rectification works.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day electrical and technical activities at project sites Manage and coordinate technicians electricians subcontractors and site manpower Carry out and supervise electrical installation maintenance testing troubleshooting repair and commissioning activities Read interpret and work according to electrical drawings layouts schematics and project specifications Ensure electrical installations are completed according to approved drawings technical requirements quality standards and project schedules Coordinate with project managers engineers contractors suppliers and other site teams to ensure smooth project execution Plan daily site activities and allocate manpower according to project priorities Monitor work progress and ensure assigned activities are completed within the required timelines Inspect electrical installations and ensure proper workmanship and functionality Identify electrical faults and technical issues and carry out appropriate troubleshooting and corrective actions Supervise cable installation termination connections testing and related electrical works Assist with testing commissioning inspection handover and rectification activities Coordinate material and equipment requirements with project procurement and logistics teams Monitor the availability and proper use of electrical materials tools and equipment at site Report material shortages technical issues delays and other site requirements to project management Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports and provide regular updates to management Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements Ensure compliance with site safety procedures electrical safety standards and company policies Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the project site Support project teams during installation testing commissioning and final handover Take ownership of assigned technical and site activities and ensure timely completion Perform other technical and site-supervision duties assigned by project management

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in electrical installation, electrical maintenance, site supervision, or MEP projects.
• Proven experience working as an Electrical Technician, Electrical Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or similar technical role.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Previous experience supervising electricians, technicians, subcontractors, or site manpower.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Good knowledge of electrical wiring, cable installation, cable termination, connections, testing, and fault finding.
• Practical understanding of electrical systems, equipment, control panels, and related site installations.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, inspection, and rectification works.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Good knowledge of site coordination, manpower allocation, material requirements, and work scheduling.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other site teams.
• Strong understanding of quality requirements and safe working practices.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Arabic communication skills will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools will be an advantage.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, SPA/wellness, swimming pools, MEP, construction, renovation, fit‑out, or premium projects will be highly advantageous.
• Saudi Arabia or GCC project/site experience will be an advantage.
