Job summary

AEGEAN M E P SWIMMING POOLS INSTALLATION L.L.C seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction and swimming pool projects across Saudi Arabia. Based in Jeddah with frequent travel to remote sites, you will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and ensure on-time handover.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree, 10+ years in PM, and proven excellence in delivery, HSE, and client coordination. GCC experience and PMP are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years in construction and project management.
• Strong swimming pool construction experience preferred.
• Saudi Arabia/GCC experience preferred.
• PM certification (PMP) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from mobilization through completion and handover.

• Plan schedules, manpower, procurement, materials and resources.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction and swimming pool projects to manage and deliver projects across Saudi Arabia. The position will be based in Jeddah with frequent travel and extended stays at remote project locations across KSA. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Jeddah and work at remote project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from mobilization through completion and final handover
• Lead and coordinate project teams: site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers
• Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, procurement, materials and resources
• Manage construction and swimming pool-related works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal departments
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, method statements and technical documents
• Monitor project costs, progress, productivity, quality and resource allocation
• Identify project risks, delays and technical issues and implement corrective actions
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor construction progress
• Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports for management
• Ensure compliance with KSA regulations, HSE requirements, quality standards and project specifications
• Manage multiple projects and site teams when required
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders
• Travel extensively and work at remote project locations across Saudi Arabia

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and project management.
• Strong experience in swimming pool construction, water features, or related works is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing projects from planning through completion and handover.
• Previous Saudi Arabia or GCC experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, project planning, scheduling, quality control, HSE, and project documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project; Primavera is an advantage.
• Experience managing clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Strong understanding of manpower planning, procurement, cost control, and project reporting.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
• Must be willing to relocate to Jeddah and work at remote project locations across KSA.
• Must be comfortable with frequent travel and extended stays at remote construction sites.
