Key Responsibilities
–> Optimize RAN performance to meet and exceed SLA KPIs across 5G, 4G, 3G, and 2G technologies.
–> Analyze network performance data and recommend parameter tuning at both site and cluster levels.
–> Conduct in-depth drive test analysis and implement corrective actions.
–> Investigate and resolve VIP customer complaints within defined SLAs.
–> Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Core, Design, and Project teams.
–> Lead periodic audits and implement proactive optimization strategies to enhance cluster performance.
–> Leverage deep knowledge of Ericsson RAN features, traffic management, and advanced optimization techniques.
