As a ServiceNow Project Manager (Delivery) supporting Linnk Group in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of enterprise ITSM and GRC platform consolidation, phased solution rollouts, legacy cutover, and decommissioning. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include owning project planning, scope management, budget allocation, risk assessment, and milestone timelines, leading the phased rollout of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, BCM, IRM, TPRM, and Data Privacy modules, managing legacy platform migration, cutover, and decommissioning (such as BMC Helix or Archer), coordinating complex integrations with Oracle ERP, JIRA, and internal enterprise systems, directing implementation partners and technical engineering teams, running executive steering committees, reporting, RAID log management, and change control procedures, ensuring rigorous compliance with SAMA regulatory standards and security requirements, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional banking and IT leadership squads. Key Responsibilities
