Position Summary:

E-Solutions is actively seeking an experienced, high-caliber, and client-facing Finance Application – Service Delivery Manager with 12+ years of enterprise IT experience and strong Oracle Fusion Finance expertise to join our client operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on a full-time permanent basis, with a transferable Iqama being mandatory. In this critical service delivery and AMS leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Projects, Tax), managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), KPI performance, governance frameworks, stakeholder management, and leading onsite/offshore delivery teams. You will leverage your deep practical exposure to OIC, OCI, EPM, ARCS, PCMCS, AHCS, AFCS, and enterprise reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS) to ensure uncompromised application support excellence. Detailed Job Description:

As a Finance Application – Service Delivery Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia via E-Solutions, you will take full operational and managerial ownership of Oracle Fusion Finance Application Management Services (AMS) delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities include directing AMS operations, managing complex incident lifecycles, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs, driving IT governance, and managing critical client stakeholder relationships across onsite and offshore delivery centers. You will oversee end-to-end service delivery across general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, cash management, project accounting, and tax modules, while guiding technical teams through integrations involving OIC, OCI, and EPM suites. Furthermore, you will drive continuous service improvements, oversee periodic reporting enhancements, and manage escalation workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct end-to-end Application Management Services (AMS) delivery for enterprise Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.
• Manage service level agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), service metrics, and operational health dashboards.
• Oversee Oracle Fusion Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Projects, and Tax.
• Drive governance frameworks, stakeholder management, and strategic alignment between client leadership and delivery teams.
• Manage, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary onsite and offshore technical delivery and support teams.
• Provide technical and functional oversight for Oracle Cloud integrations and reporting suites including OIC, OCI, EPM, ARCS, PCMCS, AHCS, AFCS, OTBI, BI Publisher, and FRS.
• Oversee incident management, problem management, change governance, and rigorous escalation resolution procedures.
• Drive continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives, process optimizations, and client satisfaction enhancement programs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 12+ years of professional IT experience, with extensive specialization in Oracle Fusion Finance applications and AMS delivery.
• Expert-level functional and technical expertise across Oracle Fusion Finance core modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Projects, Tax).
• Proven track record managing application support delivery, SLA adherence, KPI governance, and onsite/offshore teams.
• Strong technical exposure to Oracle Cloud infrastructure and integration tools including OIC, OCI, EPM, ARCS, PCMCS, AHCS, and AFCS.
• Comprehensive mastery of enterprise reporting tools such as OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).
• Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, conflict resolution, and leadership capabilities.
• Mandatory possession of a valid Transferable Iqama for working in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Advanced postgraduate degrees such as an MBA or Master’s in Information Technology.
• Professional certifications in Oracle Cloud Financials Implementation or ITIL Service Management (ITIL Expert/Managing Professional).
• Prior professional experience within multinational IT consulting firms or major enterprise environments in the KSA/GCC region.
• Strong background in cloud migration strategies and automated testing frameworks for Oracle updates.
• Familiarity with emerging AI-driven ITSM tooling and automated incident triage.
